Senior Financial Accountant

We are currently partnered with a a really exciting scale up technology international fast‑growing client who is looking for a Senior Financial Accounting to join their growing Finance and Accounting team. This is a unique opportunity to work across multiple countries and contribute to a dynamic, scale‑up environment.

• Handle and oversee transactions across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger for multiple entities.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including consolidated reporting for the group.
• Contribute to special projects such as M&A initiatives and help streamline accounting processes and policies.
• Generate reports, analyses, and insights for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency, resolve discrepancies, and enhance financial operations.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation; further certification (e.g., Bilanzbuchhalter) is a plus.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a growing or international organization.
• Strong knowledge of HGB accounting; IFRS experience is a plus.
• Experienced with ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4
  
  Hana) and consolidation software (preferably Lucanet).
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a pragmatic, hands‑on approach.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
