Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: $41,600 - $45,760

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Verifies invoices have accurate allocation before export.
- Monitors accounts, invoices, and vendor payments to clarify any unusual items or prices.
- Responds to vendor inquiries.
- Reconciles vendor statements, researches, and corrects discrepancies.
Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- This position requires a High School Diploma
- 2-3 years of Accounts Payable experience
- The Accounts Payable Specialist must have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
