Team Leader – Carrols Corporation

We are looking for enthusiastic Team Leaders to join Carrols Corporation’s Burger King franchise stores. As a Team Leader, you will guide a fast‑paced team that serves high quality burgers and delivers outstanding customer service.

• Serve our sizzling burgers and beverages to hungry customers.
• Welcome customers, take accurate orders, and process payments at the cash register.
• Maintain a clean dining area, kitchen, and restrooms to meet safety and health standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure guests are satisfied and restaurant operations run smoothly.
• Handle customer questions or concerns and resolve issues as needed.

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Physically able to stand for several hours, lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and perform manual dexterity tasks such as pressing and grabbing.
• Capable of communicating clearly, reading, and bending, kneeling, stooping, and reaching frequently.
