We are looking for an RN who can make a difference and contribute to our team that is dedicated to enabling our residents to reach and maintain high functional abilities.

- Participate in the development and implementation of resident care plans; maintain up-to-date nursing care plans, document progress, and recommend revisions (MDS) according to facility policy and procedure.
- Make daily and periodic resident visits to monitor and observe residents’ physical/mental condition.
- Perform routine nursing procedures and work closely with physicians and families to maintain the health/mental state of residents.
- Provide emotional support to residents and families and handle resident and/or visitor complaints, allegations, accidents or incidents.
- Provide medical record documentation, including completing 24‑hour reports, end‑of‑shift reports, shift narcotic counts, and documenting the destruction of outdated or discontinued medications.
- Maintain up‑to‑date resident medical records.

- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and possess a valid RN license in good standing according to State and Federal requirements.
- Have a thorough understanding of the principles of safe and effective nursing practices within the State of Indiana.
- Basic computer knowledge and skills.
