• Provide direct patient care, aligning with the personalized care plan and physician orders.
• Observe patient behaviors, including monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
• Collaborate directly with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute patient care plans.
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting is preferred.
• Rehabilitation experience is preferred.

Newly increased Full-Time Starting at $25.30/hour. PRN rates range from $32.00 - $45.00/hour. $15,000 Sign-On Bonus for full-time employees.
