Responsibilities:
Registered nurses play a pivotal role in enriching the lives of residents by using their experience and advanced nursing skills to provide top-notch medical attention and foster a nurturing environment.
- Deliver exceptional nursing care, ensuring residents' physical and emotional well-being
- Collaborate with a passionate team to create and implement personalized care plans
- Monitor and assess residents' health, addressing highly acute needs
- Foster a supportive environment, promoting independence and dignity
- Guide and train staff to maintain high-quality care standards
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development
Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and senior care excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
