Maintenance Supervisor - Food Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead maintenance technicians in a food manufacturing environment
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment
• Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, and OSHA standards
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues to minimize downtime
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production and operations teams
• Support continuous improvement, reliability, and safety initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in food or beverage manufacturing
• Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience supporting high-speed production or packaging equipment
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, regulated environment
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
