Operational Technology; OT Engineer - Newburgh, Indiana

We are seeking an experienced Operational Technology (OT) Engineer to support a high-performing manufacturing operation in Southern Indiana.

This role focuses on ensuring critical production control systems remain reliable, optimized, and aligned with operational needs. You’ll partner closely with engineering, maintenance, production, IT, and quality teams to support system performance and drive process improvements in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

• Support design, development, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of process control systems
• Work with HMI / SCADA platforms and data collection systems to improve reliability and uptime
• Drive process improvement initiatives and support Industry 4.0 projects
• Collaborate across production, maintenance, engineering, IT, and quality teams to optimize equipment performance
• Support manufacturing network consistency and system integration across teams
• Program, test, and maintain systems using tools such as:
• Microsoft Windows
• Programming languages including C, , FORTRAN
• HMI/SCADA platforms
• Basic networking infrastructure

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience supporting application development within a manufacturing or process control environment
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Experience contributing to measurable process improvements
• Familiarity with control systems, databases, and automation tools
• Desire to work in an industrial setting partnering directly with operations teams

• SCADA system experience
• SQL or relational database management
• Visual Basic, .NET, Visual Studio, or web development exposure
• Strong interest in hands-on collaboration within a production environment
