Deliver friendly and engaging customer service to internal and external customers by telephone, email, and in person;
Follows designated routes assigned by the dispatch department for scheduled deliveries and backhauls;
Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tractor and trailer in accordance with FMCSR and company standards;
Maintains drivers daily log and transportation records utilizing paper log and/or onboard computer system;
Drop and Hook trailers at delivery locations and unload/stage pallets of product using forklift or pallet jack
