We’re looking for a seasoned HVAC Service Technician with proven leadership experience who’s ready to take on the challenge of being an Assistant Service Manager. You’ll play a key role in building out our service operations.

• Support a team of HVAC service technicians
• Support the service manager in overseeing daily service operations and scheduling
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Assist with project planning, resource allocation, and job costing
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians
• Collaborate with sales and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Monitor KPIs and help implement process improvements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 6+ years of hands‑on HVAC service experience in the commercial and/or industrial sectors
• Experience managing projects and leading small teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• A desire to grow into a leadership role and make a long‑term impact
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
