Sandblaster Laborer – Pleasant View, UT

BHI is seeking a dedicated and reliable Sandblaster Laborer to join our team in Pleasant View, UT
. In this role, you will be a vital part of our daily operations, primarily responsible for loading sand into equipment and maintaining shop housekeeping to ensure a clean, safe environment at the end of each shift. This position offers a unique opportunity for professional development, as you will assist with sandblasting tasks and learn the trade as extra help is needed.

The compensation for this role is $16–$19 per hour
, featuring a consistent four-day work schedule from Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
. This schedule is designed to provide our team members with a strong work-life balance, including a three-day weekend every week. Qualified candidates must be able to speak Spanish to ensure effective communication within our diverse workforce.

• Ability to perform physically demanding labor for extended periods.
• Able to communicate in Spanish is preferred.
