Autolocity Motors is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. As a sales consultant you will walk our customers through every step of the buying process from the time they make contact when they walk through the doors or by phone, text or email, to delivery. We need individuals who know how to relate to people face to face and help them understand the value of our product!

- Customer Engagement: Greet customers, establish rapport, and assist them in selecting a vehicle that meets their needs and preferences.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our vehicle inventory, including features, specifications, pricing, and financing options. Stay informed about industry trends and new models.
- Sales Process: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to finalizing the sale. This includes test drives, negotiating pricing, and completing paperwork.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process and after the sale, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long‑term relationships.
- Team
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team, finance department, and management to achieve sales targets and maintain a smooth sales operation. - Follow‑Up: Follow up with potential and existing customers to maintain relationships, ensure satisfaction, and generate repeat business.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, as well as local, state, and federal regulations regarding vehicle sales.
- Experience: Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred. A passion for automobiles and sales is essential.
- Communication
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present information to customers. - Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a commitment to providing a positive customer experience.
- Sales
Skills:
Proven ability to close sales and achieve sales targets. - Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software, digital communication tools, and basic computer applications.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
