You will work directly with Sales Enablement, Training Leaders, and Team Leaders to develop and implement quality assurance processes that drive success within the SMB Market.

** Ogden, UT - Hybrid Perform other related duties as assigned. Direct B2B or digital advertising sales experience is required; previous Quality Assurance experience is preferred.

Proven ability to interpret data dashboards to identify performance trends and specific areas for focus.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in Google Workspace products, including Gmail, Forms, and Sheets.

Results-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate others and drive high-level performance. An adaptive style with the ability to work at both micro and macro levels. Strong multitasking skills and the ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced, team environment.
