Door-to-Door Sales Rep: Plant Health Care Tree Injections, Fertilization

We’re hiring a motivated door-to-door sales rep to help homeowners protect and improve their trees and landscapes. You’ll educate customers, generate leads, and sell services including tree injections, fertilization/soil care, and general tree services (pruning, removals, stump grinding, storm cleanup).

• Plant Health Care (PHC): tree injections, nutrient/iron treatments, fertilization, soil health solutions
• Tree Services: pruning/trimming, removals, hazard evaluations, stump grinding

This is a commission-only position with strong earning potential for someone who is confident, reliable, and ready to hustle.

• Canvass neighborhoods and speak with homeowners in a professional, friendly way
• Identify common tree issues (chlorosis, decline, pests, stress) and explain service options
• Set appointments and/or close sales at the door
• Track leads and follow up with prospects
• Represent the company with integrity and respect for neighborhoods/HOAs

Must have reliable transportation (own vehicle) and a valid driver’s license

Comfortable with door-to-door outreach and handling objections

Strong communication skills and a positive, coachable attitude

Ability to walk/stand outdoors for extended periods

Sales experience is a plus (but we will train the right person)

Product/service training on tree health care + sales scripts

Marketing materials (door hangers, postcards, brochures)

Support from the production team for estimates and scheduling

Clear commission structure and opportunities for performance bonuses
