• Customer Service: Greet shoppers, answer questions about our unique selection, and provide expert recommendations on cuts and preparation.
• Meat Preparation: Accurately cut, trim, and prepare various meats to store standards.
• Seafood Handling: Clean and cut fresh seafood (including whole fish) to customer specifications; maintain iced displays and live seafood tanks.
• Department Upkeep: Ensure all counters are stocked, labeled correctly, and maintained to the highest sanitation standards.
• Equipment Use: Safely operate commercial meat saws, slicers, and grinders (training provided).

• Legal: Must be 18+ years old to operate specialized department machinery.
• Certification: Must have or be able to obtain a Utah Food Handler’s Permit within 14 days of hire.
• Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs in a refrigerated environment.
• Skills: Fast learner, quick on your feet, and friendly.
• Preferred: Experience with whole-fish cleaning or professional butchery.
• Language: Bilingual skills in Japanese, Spanish, or Tagalog are a significant advantage.
