Work Schedule:

Flexible Part‑Time. Typically 5‑30 hours per week. Shift availability includes weekday mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Position Summary

Under the general supervision of the Recreation Aquatics Supervisor II estate the cashier serves as the first point сохраняем contact for visitors, providing outstanding customer service, processing payments, and maintaining accurate transaction records at Ogden City recreational facilities.

• Operate cash registers, credit card machines, and other point‑of‑sale systems.
• Accurately process payments for admission, memberships, classes, and other services.

• Monitor the lobby or entry area to ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with maintaining promotional materials and displaysės.
• Provide assistance to staff during special events or busy periods.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, memberships, and other relevant data.
• Assist with clerical duties, including filing, answering phones, and data entry.

• Maintain cleanliness of the lobby, pool deck, locker rooms, and other aquatic facility areas.

• Assist lifeguards with monitoring pool areas for safety concerns and help enforce facility rules when needed.
• Restock supplies such as towels, cleaning materials, and safety equipment.

• Collaborate with lifeguards and aquatic instructors to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Ability to push, pull, or lift 0‑25 pounds frequently, 50+ pounds rarely.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time in varying outdoor air temperatures and climate conditions.
• Occasional climbing, balancing, jumping, stooping, kneeling, or crouching required.
• Ability to walk, run, jump, or stand on uneven terrain.
• Exposure to hazards or physical risks varten responding to aquatic emergencies.
• Possible moderate exposure to extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, chemicals, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.
