Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Advanced Practice Provider

Base Pay Range

$56.00/hr – $87.00/hr

Job Description

As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Plastics & Reconstructive Surgery you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will see patients seeking breast reconstruction.

Responsibilities
  • Practice at the McKay Dee Plastic Surgery in Ogden, UT.
  • Work 8-hour days with a 50/50 split between clinic and OR.
  • See an average of 12‑14 patients per clinic day for pre‑op, post‑op and new patient appointments.
Relocation Assistance

Up to $7,500 in relocation assistance based upon distance.

What You’ll Bring
  • APRN or PA‑C degree from an accredited program.
  • AANP or NCCPA certification.
  • Active Utah medical license (or ability to obtain one) plus BLS certification and DEA.
  • Ability to complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
  • Visa sponsorship not accepted at this time.
