Base Pay Range$56.00/hr – $87.00/hr
Job DescriptionAs a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Plastics & Reconstructive Surgery you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will see patients seeking breast reconstruction.
Responsibilities- Practice at the McKay Dee Plastic Surgery in Ogden, UT.
- Work 8-hour days with a 50/50 split between clinic and OR.
- See an average of 12‑14 patients per clinic day for pre‑op, post‑op and new patient appointments.
Up to $7,500 in relocation assistance based upon distance.

What You’ll Bring- APRN or PA‑C degree from an accredited program.
- AANP or NCCPA certification.
- Active Utah medical license (or ability to obtain one) plus BLS certification and DEA.
- Ability to complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
- Visa sponsorship not accepted at this time.

Physical RequirementsOngoing need to see and read information, operate monitors, use manual dexterity, lift and transfer patients, and walk to assist with transporting patients and supplies.
