Production Hardwood Flooring Specialist

We are a local wood shop that specializes in manufacturing custom hardwood flooring, and we’re currently looking for a reliable, self-motivated team member to join our production team.

This position works along our production line helping create high-quality custom hardwood flooring. The right person will take pride in their work, be dependable, and enjoy working with their hands in a shop environment.

• Assist in the production of custom hardwood flooring
• Operate and assist with wood shop machinery and equipment
• Move and stage wood materials through the production process
• Inspect product quality and maintain high craftsmanship standards
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Work with the team to keep production running efficiently

• Self-motivated and dependable
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a shop environment
• Ability to lift and move wood materials (40‑60 lbs)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Woodworking or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
