Operate and monitor processing and/or packing equipment in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment;
Accurately mix all varieties of product, ensuring adherence to quality specifications and consistency;
Maintain precise records of lot codes, batch numbers, and other production data;
Perform setup, operation, and sanitation tasks for equipment used in product preparation, mixing, and finishing;
Work various shifts (Monday through Friday, 05:00am to 01:30pm)
