Raw Material Supervisor AOA

Supervise arrival and delivery of raw material on time and in the correct quantity. Maintain inventory value within design levels. Maintain effective communication with external and internal customers.

• Supervise raw material availability to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor and react to dispatch messages in terms of production cell downtime due to material availability.
• Coordinate action plans with critical suppliers.
• Follow up necessary Crystal reports to meet area goals.
• Follow up receiving discrepancies to close them on time to avoid delays in material availability, inventory accuracy and payments to suppliers.
• Inform and meet monthly KPIs (OTP, Inventory turns) and other area goals.
• Perform monthly analysis of Inventory At Risk report to verify, define and dispose obsolete components.
• Daily revision of inventory by supplier.
• Monitor and follow up critical components with suppliers.
• Supervise current inventory vs target, create and implement action plans to ensure success in the supply chain.
• Supervise and support material analysts to ensure area goals are met.
• Guarantee and cooperate to meet Quality, Environmental and Safety requirements.

• Bachelor’s Degree (Business or Industrial Engineering).
• 2 years in Automotive Industry.
• Spanish / English proficiency.
• Available to work on weekends occasionally.
• APICS courses desired.
