Production Machine Operator

We offer flexible shift schedules: 12‑hour shifts on a 2‑2‑3 cycle and 8‑hour shifts on a 5‑day work week. Hourly workers are paid weekly; salaried positions bi‑monthly. Pay starts at $20.00 an hour. Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and more begin day one with no waiting period.

• Run production equipment to manufacture high‑quality electrical copper wire.
• Learn and execute production processes such as drawing, bunching, and extrusion.
• Operate computer controls for production equipment.
• Follow prescribed guides to meet daily production goals efficiently.
• Perform hourly quality checks to ensure product standards.
• Maintain a safe work environment and good housekeeping.
• Ask questions for clarification and assist leadership as needed.
• Other duties assigned.

• Must read, write, and interpret production orders in English.
• Obtain forklift certification.
• Follow instructions and work well with others.
• Age 18 or older.
• Successful background check, drug screening, and physical exam.

• Exposure to elevated noise, nylon, PVC, machine fluids, cleaning products, hot/cold environments in a warehouse‑type setting.
• Continuous standing & walking, frequent lifting, stooping, pulling, pushing, occasional climbing.
