Shift: 2nd – 3:30pm to 1:00am

• Set up and operate a broad range of machining operations (milling, drilling, boring, sawing, tapping and grinding) to close tolerances per customer specifications.
• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes simultaneously.
• Operate CNC lathes, mills, grinders and other specialized CNC and manual equipment during various production stages.
• Use calibrated tools and measuring devices to confirm parts meet specifications.
• Complete required paperwork and checklists.
• Interface with toolmakers, engineers, program managers and quality personnel to resolve problems and ensure parts meet specifications.
• Perform work with high responsibility, focusing on safety and quality.

• Solid work history, including over 2 years at a previous or recent employer.
• 1–3 years of machinist experience required.
• Experience in the aerospace industry preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve tooling and machining issues.
• Experience with hand tools such as grinders, belt sanders, band saws and drill presses preferred.
• Willingness and ability to learn and retain new skills.
• Compliance with general attendance standards required.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions, procedures, safety rules and operating instructions.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Additional technical training or education desirable.

We work a 5‑4/9 schedule with every other Friday off (3:30pm – 1:00am) Monday‑Friday.
