$2500 Sign-on Bonus for Machine Operators!
What will you do in this role?- Participate in Lean Manufacturing Environment.
- Contribute to a self-directed Workforce.
- Responsible for achieving daily level load for assigned team.
- $23.85 starting hourly rate with continued increases for significant earning potential

- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous manufacturing, construction, technical labor, or military experience preferred.
- Ability to wear required PPE (respirators, goggles, etc.) and be able to work with hazardous chemicals, must be clean shaven every day.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.
- Must be able to work a 4x4 shift - (4) 11-hour days on, four (4) days off, average 38.5 hours per week (must be able to work rotating days and nights or days/nights non-rotating).
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The hourly rate for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is $24.68 per hour.
