To maintain the sanitary condition of the facility and to fill in for 1 to 2 operating positions in the plant.

This position will be in the mill cleaning, sweeping the floor, blowing down equipment and empty carts from cleaning.

• Routine cleaning of floors, equipment, roofs and outside grounds
• Specialized cleaning tasks such as bin cleanings, rebolt sifter, filter sock changes
• Special duties assigned by management
• Basic process maintenance
• Cross‑trained in at least two different operator jobs
• Responsible for understanding and following all personnel and equipment safety policies;
  Sanitation policies; following all Business Unit policies and procedures.
• Ascend and Descend stairs throughout the facility.
• Climb ladders (both step and extension)
• Wear required PPE.
• Follow verbal and written instructions (English).
• Communicate with peers and supervisors (English).

Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, talking, hearing, vision.

Both inside/outside conditions may include, but are not limited to extreme cold, extreme heat, noise, hazards, atmosphere conditions.

Sedentary:
Exerting up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up negligible amount of force frequently

Light:
Exerting up to 20 lbs of force occasionally and/or 10 lbs of force frequently

Medium:
Exerting up to 20 – 50 lbs of force occasionally and/or 10 - 25 lbs of force frequently (anything above 50 lbs will be machine lifted or a buddy lift).

People in this position must have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• A) Must be willing and able to work additional hours which may include overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• B) Communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• C) Must be willing to accept accountability and work well in a team.
