Associate Attorney

Morrison Law Group is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling family law matters and feel confident managing cases independently while collaborating with the firm’s attorneys as needed. This role is well-suited for someone who values client advocacy, clear and compassionate communication, and thoughtful legal strategy, all within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

• Provide legal counsel on a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support, spousal maintenance, and property division.
• Interview, advise, and represent clients throughout the legal process with compassion and clarity.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and court documents.
• Participate in negotiations, mediations, and litigation as needed.
• Advocate for clients in court with professionalism and confidence.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and team members.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Member in good standing of the Utah Bar (or eligible for admission).
• Minimum 3 years of experience practicing family law.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Professional, empathetic, and client-centered approach.

$95,000 - $120,000
