You'll own the delivery of our Lending portfolio, sit at the intersection of technology and business, and help us build the kind of program management discipline that scales. What We're Looking For:

You're someone who has done this before — managed complex, multi-workstream programs in a technical environment and has the scars and the successes to show for it. You're confident enough to hold your ground with strong personalities, humble enough to listen, and practical enough to know when process helps and when it gets in the way.

Specifically, we'd love to see:

• Proven experience (5+ years) managing a program of technical initiatives tied to business strategy, ideally in a fast-paced or scaling organization
• A track record of strong stakeholder management — particularly with senior, opinionated business leaders
• Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives or large-scale system upgrades.
• The ability to lead teams without always having direct authority, and to inspire confidence across functions
• Experience introducing or maturing PMO and SAFe Agile practices
• Comfort being a hands‑on contributor when the situation calls for it
• Strong communication skills — you can translate between technical teams and business stakeholders fluently
