As a Physical Therapist Assistant at our facility you will find out what it truly means to be a part of a collaborative team. In this role, under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will assist with treatment delivery and patient care.

• Assist Physical Therapists in administering modalities and treatments prescribed by a licensed physician.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists to understand current treatment philosophy and procedures for a variety of injuries, diseases and disabilities.
• Help patients reach maximum performance and level of functioning while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities.
• Participate in department improvement activities.
• Deliver appropriate care to a variety of patient populations including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric.

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA).
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, or BCLS Instructor, must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Acute and rehabilitation experience of one year is preferred.
