Base Pay Range$56.00/hr - $87.00/hr
Job DescriptionAs an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for Podiatry, you will practice with a Surgical Foot and Ankle team based at McKay‑Dee Hospital and Layton Hospital. This APP will work independently in an outpatient setting alongside surgical podiatrists.
Responsibilities- Seeing post‑operative patients.
- Holding return office visits and consulting on cases.
- Assessing common cases that include fractures, total ankle replacements, bunions, hammer toes, at‑risk foot care, etc.
This is a full‑time, fully benefits‑eligible position. You will work standard hours (Mon‑Fri 8 am–5 pm) with the potential to work 4x10s. There is no required call time.
Ideal CandidateAn ideal candidate will have prior orthopedic, foot and ankle, and/or wound care experience.
Qualifications- APRN or PA‑C degree from an accredited program.
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license or the ability to obtain one.
- BLS certification and DEA.
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
