What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide administrative support to advisors, including managing client calls and scheduling appointments
  • Maintain and update client management systems with accurate information
  • Assist with documentation for new business and manage operational account activities
  • Conduct proactive outreach to clients regarding time-sensitive activities
  • Educate clients on account services and new technologies to enhance their experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Ogden, UT
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Accounting, or Finance
  • Series 66 (or Series 63/65) and Series 7 license or ability to obtain within 120 days
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Financial Advisors and support teams
  • 2+ years of brokerage/financial services industry knowledge
