Individual will be responsible for proctoring exams and customer service at the counter of one of the Ogden Campus’ five testing centers. Employees are allowed to study during slow times and may use their laptops when appropriate. Staff will work with faculty and be part of a dynamic team on campus.

• Proctor exams in a timely, accurate, and secure manner.
• Provide customer service at the testing center counter.
• Use laptops and other approved tools during slower periods.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to maintain a dynamic team environment.

• Ability to learn new computer systems quickly.
• Reliability and strong customer service skills.
• Preferred:
  Prior proctoring or related experience.

• None mentioned beyond ability to learn new systems and customer service ability.
