Field Service Technician - Scranton​/Williamsport

We’re growing fast and looking for a Field Service Tech I who can handle real responsibility, real customers, and real field work across Northwestern Pennsylvania.

• Show up at customer sites and deliver a professional, confident, “we’ve got this” experience.
• Install, test, troubleshoot, and maintain Qnergy’s instrument air systems and remote power solutions.
• Run system and component tests, both on-site and remotely.
• Write clean, clear field documentation and lead operator training when needed.
• Spot issues in the field and communicate them back to engineering and manufacturing — fast.
• Partner with a tight-knit cross-functional team to fix problems instead of pointing fingers.

• Post-secondary technical diploma in electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, or related discipline.
• 1+ year of field service experience — compressors, HVAC, or rotating equipment is a big plus.
• Safety-minded with hands-on experience following (and enforcing) safe practices.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical documents without breaking a sweat.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Solid communication, great record-keeping, and zero drama.
• Self-directed, motivated, organized — the kind of person who gets things done without being chased.
• Comfortable leading customer training sessions.

• On-call rotation — yes, sometimes after-hours.
• Frequent travel across NW PA with short-notice deployments.
• Outdoor conditions ranging from “this is perfect” to “why did I choose this career?”
• Loud environments, heavy lifting (up to 80 lbs), and physical work.
• Time in the field + time on a laptop doing documentation and remote support.
