Mechanical Engineer

$110-120K base, Onsite, Canfield Ohio, Immediate Hire

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be working with our team of engineers to provide engineering design and technical support.

• Work within project schedules and deadlines.
• Review and be familiar with approved design criteria and codes.
• Review scope of project to clearly define what our deliverables will be.
• Create and review calculations specific for the design.
• Prepare reports outlining design criteria or analysis of equipment.
• Ability to interact and talk with clients to review projects status or deliverables.
• Travel to client’s site to attend meetings or gather additional information for the project.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. Licensure is not required.
• Be able to read and interpret drawings for review and reference.
• 3 to 5 years prior experience utilizing mechanical engineering principles.
• Proficient in Auto Cad and Solidworks. Familiarity and ability to work with FEA modeling software.
• Having prior experience working within Heavy Industrial Manufacturing Facilities.

• Standing or sitting in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
• Walking around an industrial manufacturing facility. The ability to climb stairs, walk on platforms, or ride in an elevator.
• Car or air travel to client’s site may be necessary.
• Possession of a valid driver license. Travel utilizing a company car or rental vehicle.
• Working within various climates. Exposure to hot and cold environments.
