Civil Engineer

Required Skills, Experience, and

Education:

• Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at this time.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance in a reasonable timeframe.
• This position requires access to federal facilities. Candidates must possess a valid, unexpired Real
  -compliant driver's license or state-issued identification card at the time of hire. If you are unsure whether your  Real

• Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, which will include but is not limited to testing for marijuana use.
• 5 or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs, VISIO, and other standard computer programs.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to utilize office automation tools effectively.
• Knowledge of industry and regulatory guides, codes, and standards, as well as Bechtel Corporate guides and standards.
• Relevant experience includes related specifications.
• Understanding of the application of Civil engineering design principles.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering.

• Registered Professional Engineer(Civil Engineering).
• Experience working with procedures that meet quality assurance programs, such as ISO 9000.
• Prior experience working with government agencies, preferably the Department of Defense.
• Experience with use or knowledge of Revit and/or InRoads.
• Intermediate understanding of developing CSI Master format specifications, or Specs Intact.
• Design experience with Unified Facilities Criteria and the Whole Building Design Guide.
• Experience in complex excavation approaches and construction execution, field experience.
• Master of Science in Civil or related Engineering from an accredited university.
