The Company is in search of a president to serve as its chief executive officer, providing the strategic vision and leadership necessary to advance the institution's mission and vision. The successful candidate will be an experienced and inspiring academic and administrative leader, responsible for managing university resources and fostering academic excellence through collaboration with various stakeholders, including the Board of Trustees, faculty, staff, students, and alumni.

Building and maintaining vital partnerships with community leaders, government officials, and the higher education system is also a key aspect of the role.

A master's degree from an accredited college or university is required, with a terminal degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in higher education, particularly in a public, open-enrollment institution with a dual mission and a commitment to personalized, student-focused education. The president will be expected to lead the university in its transformative growth, with a focus on serving a large and diverse student body, including undergraduate, graduate, and concurrent enrollment students.

Experience in driving academic and professional programs, particularly in the fields of healthcare, aerospace, and defense, is highly valued. The role demands a leader who can navigate the complexities of a multi-campus institution and is dedicated to the success and well-being of the student community.
