Job DescriptionThe Social Work and Gerontology Department at Weber State University invites applications for an instructor level faculty position. We specifically seek a native or near-native Spanish speaking candidate with experience teaching introductory social work and other courses in the curriculum both online and face-to-face. This position will also include instructional design as part of the Building Puentes program.
Instructor positions are temporary appointments renewable annually at the sole discretion of the university.
Required Qualifications- MSW with ability to be licensed in Utah
- Native or near-native Spanish speaking ability
- Experience in, or potential for, teaching, mentoring, and engaging undergraduate students.
