• Lead a strong team and build a culture of empowerment in your practice with systems that reduce chaos.
• Enjoy real support – not red tape – from operations, training, talent acquisition, marketing, and compliance experts.

Monday-Friday 8-5pm

• Lead the day with purpose – kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Empower your team – delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
• Active state dental license (or in process).

$200,000 - $400,000 per year.
