Our Customer Service Video Alarm Operators are the first line of defense, processing video alarms accurately and timely while providing a high level of detail through our swimming system. • Process video alarm signals quickly, accurately and professionally.
• Provide a high level of detail through the ticketing process.
• Learn and use new software to complete multiple tasks.

• 1+ year of customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail is a must.
• Must be able to type, write, and speak English.
• Must be able to use technology efficiently for an extended amount of time.

• 1 year of phone customer service.
• Minimum of 16‑29 hours per week.
• 1 year of security experience.
