Jr. Business Operations Manager - Reddit

Market Star is seeking a Jr. Business Operations Manager to which will be a critical function of our greater sales team. In this role, you will be dynamic and creative, and willing to take on any challenge and make a big impact. You must have the ability and initiative to understand critical business needs, analyze issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify, enhance, and scale best practices.

You must be self-driven with a high degree of ownership and have strong business acumen, excellent communication/influencing skills, planning/project management skills and organizational skills. Additionally, this candidate must be an aggressive and effective collaborator as they act as a liaison between sales and many other internal organizations to obtain and disseminate knowledge.

** Hybrid – Ogden, Utah Work with sales operations, enablement and leadership to streamline workflows, improve efficiency and enhance campaign execution.
2+ years' experience in sales discipline, experience in operations preferred Project Management experience preferred  Direct, B2B, SaaS, or tele sales experience preferred Experience leading a sales team or working in a sales support or operations role  Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively
