Looking for a couple to live on site and manage a self storage facility.
Included in the salary is a 2 bedroom apartment with utilities included. Other perks include PTO.
Weekday Hours - Tuesday thru Friday 9am - 5:30pm
Saturday Hours - 9am - 4pm
There is a relief manager that will work on Mondays
ResponsibilitiesEmployee is responsible for being clean, professional and tech savvy
Daily responsibilities include answering phones, taking payments in person or over the phone, making bank deposits, assisting potential tenants with pricing information, managing delinquency, cleaning vacant unites and daily lock checks.
