Job description
Our client is a global market leader specializing in energy efficiency and digital services for the real estate sector. We are seeking a flexible, persuasive professional to join their management team in Switzerland.
YourResponsibilities
- Business Partnership:
Work closely with sales and operations, as well as external partners including banks, auditors, and suppliers to provide forward-looking visibility. - Financial Oversight:
Take responsibility for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, controlling, and accounting for Swiss subsidiaries in line with group standards. - Reporting:
Prepare financial statements under local Swiss GAAP and IFRS using SAP. - Stakeholder Management:
Produce monthly financial and management accounts for local and regional management and the Group. - Compliance:
Manage year-end reporting, audits, and all VAT and tax submissions/reporting. - Strategic Growth:
Lead the financial integration of acquired companies and provide financial modeling for new business cases, including risk and sensitivity analysis.
- Experience:
You possess at least 5 years of experience in a finance management role. - M&A Knowledge:
You have initial experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). - Technical Proficiency:
You are highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint, with preferred knowledge of SAP. - Analytical Mindset:
You demonstrate strong analytical skills and a high level of interest in process optimization. - Communication:
You have excellent communication skills in German, English and French. - Soft Skills:
You have a positive, "can-do" attitude, strong project management experience, and a desire to grow your contribution in line with the business.
