Seek Now is on the lookout for skilled independent contractors to conduct home and commercial property inspections with accuracy and impartiality. As a 1099 Property Inspector, you will be the face of our company, collecting valuable data for clients in the Property Insurance, Facility Management, and Real Estate industries.

• Inspect steep and/or high roofs safely
• Lift and set up ladders and equipment weighing up to 100 pounds
• Sketch and measure roof and room components accurately
• Assess areas of various sizes and shapes for thorough inspections
• Perform inspections focusing on the age and condition of properties
• Travel to inspect properties affected by weather catastrophes as needed, often on assignments lasting 2-6 weeks
• Be prepared to take assignments at short notice and fulfill all job requirements

• Experience in roofing sales or construction
• Background in Property Insurance
• Haag Certification
• Ability to utilize a 40-foot ladder

• Reliable vehicle (truck, van, or SUV) suitable for transporting a 32-foot ladder
• Operational laptop and smartphone
• Willingness to travel during catastrophic events
• Capability to earn HAAG Certification within 90 days
• Competency in using applications on a laptop and smartphone, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to submit high-quality, timely reports
• Possession of a 32-foot ladder
• Maintaining a professional appearance
• Valid driver's license
• State Issued Workers Compensation
• Certificate of General Liability Insurance
• LLC Articles or Certificate of Organization
• Act as a 1099 independent contractor
• Available to work 7 days a week with flexible scheduling options
