Description:

Seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room on night shifts.
The role requires providing care to patients in a high-acuity environment.
Ratios will be 1:3 for nursing care.
Candidates must possess a valid state nursing license and relevant certifications.
Orientation will be conducted for 40 hours.
The nurse may be required to float between facilities as needed.
Every other weekend shift is required.
The workforce will include patients of all ages, from neonates to geriatrics.
The daily census in the Emergency Room will average around 75 visits.
Teamwork and excellent customer service skills are imperative for this role.
Candidates must be able to manage fast-paced situations and varied patient diagnoses.
Reliable attendance and compliance with patient care protocols and standards are essential.
