Warehouse​/Delivery Driver

Job Title: Warehouse/Delivery Driver (Odessa/West Texas)

SCHEDULE: Starting at 6 AM

COMPENSATION: $26 per hour, paid weekly.

We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused, and hardworking Warehouse Associate/Deliver Driver to join our West Texas team. This hybrid role is responsible for both the safe delivery of products to customers and the efficient handling of warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable driving a box truck, or steak bed, loading and unloading materials, and supporting day-to-day warehouse functions while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and professionalism.

• Safely operate an assigned truck to deliver products to customer locations
• Load and unload materials at the warehouse and delivery sites
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while following DOT and company regulations
• Maintain a clean driving record and comply with all safety requirements

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery
• Assemble and package products accurately and efficiently
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all warehouse safety protocols and best practices

• Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement preferred
• Previous delivery driving experience required
• Warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Ability and willingness to load/unload materials and lift up to 50 lbs
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and background
• Stable employment history
• Basic computer skills for inventory systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
