Job Description SummaryThis position has the responsibility of assisting with rig up/rig down of nitrogen pumping units and supporting equipment on the job site, providing ground support to operators running units. You will also communicate with the supervisor regarding progress, obstacles, issues, and process improvement suggestions. You must be willing to drive company vehicles to national field locations, operate equipment in all types of weather conditions, and adhere to schedules determined by customers’ demand.
Key Responsibilities- Drive tractor‑trailer to deliver industrial gases to customers or storage sites.
- Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and address maintenance needs.
- Report accidents, safety issues, citations, and customer complaints immediately.
- Complete required DOT and company reports.
- Class A CDL required with Haz Mat and Tanker endorsements.
- TWIC card required.
- Basic computer knowledge (operate cell phones and answer emails).
- Proficiency with manual transmission vehicles.
- High school diploma or GED, two years technical college or military technical experience.
- Basic knowledge of cryogenic pumps, tanks, transports, hydraulic equipment and diesel engines preferred.
- Forklift experience.

CompensationAbility to earn $100k+ annually, with quarterly incentive bonus and $2000 driver referral bonus (unlimited). 80‑100% travel in domestic states. Work schedule requires being on assignment for 21 consecutive days and 7 paid days off. Earn an additional $500 bonus per day if working during the 7 days off.
