What You’ll Do- Outdoor Setup
:
Supervise the unloading and setup of materials such as cones, signs, and posts to prepare work zones for action. - Precision Layout
:
Ensure construction areas are measured, marked, and perfectly aligned for efficient progress. - Tool Master
:
Oversee the preparation and maintenance of tools and materials, ensuring everything is ready for a seamless installation. - Jobsite Prep
:
Manage tasks like digging post holes, erecting signs, and cleaning up debris, keeping the site organized and safe. - Tool Operator
:
Lead the team in hands-on tasks using a variety of hand and power tools to complete work efficiently and to standard. - Traffic Control
:
Safely direct and oversee the management of traffic around work zones, ensuring the safety of your crew and the public.
- Team Leader: Oversee the work of technicians, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard. Overseeing technicians with various tasks to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
- Drive and Organize
:
Manage company vehicles and equipment, keeping everything in top condition and ready for the next project. - Inspect and Perfect
:
Check traffic control devices for defects, ensuring everything is in perfect working order. - Customer Focus
:
Improve customer service and satisfaction through effective leadership and communication.
- Leadership
Skills:
Ability to lead by example and motivate your team to achieve their best. - Problem Solver: Quick thinker who can identify issues and find effective solutions on the spot.
- Communication Expert: Ability to clearly communicate with your team, customers, and the public.
- Physical Stamina: Ready to tackle physical tasks in various outdoor environments.
- Must be able to stoop, squat, crawl, climb, and perform other physical duties as needed for installations.
- Must be able to traverse uneven terrain in all types of weather. Reports to
- Supervisor
- Must be able to work weekends and at night, when needed.
- Candidates must successfully complete a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
- Must have held a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years, with an acceptable MVR.
- Flagger Certification (Preferred).
- Traffic Control Technician (TCT) Certification Preferred.
