Account Manager

At OTC, being an Account Manager is responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and selling integrated oilfield solutions including equipment packages, facility builds, pump maintenance, and electrical services. What You'll Do:

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the oil & gas industry

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities for facility construction, rotating equipment, skid packages, and electrical/automation services

* Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project needs and provide tailored solutions

* Coordinate with internal project managers, engineering, and field teams to ensure successful project execution

* Track and report sales pipeline, client activity, and market trends using CRM tools

* Deliver accurate project quotes, proposals, and commercial negotiations

* Serve as the main point of contact for customer support and post-sale follow-up

* Maintain a safe and clean work environment, complying with company and industry safety regulations.

What You'll Need:

* Proven sales or account management experience in the oil & gas sector, preferably in facilities, equipment, or electrical services

* Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, pumps, skids, and oilfield infrastructure

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently

* Strong organizational and time-management skills

* Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally in the Permian region

* 3-5+ years of sales or field operations experience in oilfield equipment or industrial services

* Familiarity with upstream production facilities and midstream applications

* Experience working with EPCs, operators, and mid-size producers
