About The Role This position combines sales and customer service—you’ll be helping new and existing clients find the best insurance solutions for their business while providing ongoing support to ensure they feel confident and protected.

No insurance license? No problem! We offer full training for the right candidate. Already licensed? Even better! Licensed agents are highly encouraged to apply and can start earning commissions immediately.

• Communicate with clients in English and Spanish via phone, email, and chat.
• Help business owners understand and purchase insurance policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Renew existing policies and assist clients with changes or updates.
• Collaborate with our team to achieve sales goals and grow our Texas client base.

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Experience in sales and customer service (2 years minimum)
• Licensed insurance agents are strongly encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
• Comfortable with computers and CRM systems
