Inside Sales Representative

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, distributors, and internal sales teams regarding reciprocating pump products, parts, and service inquiries.
• Generate accurate quotations and technical proposals in accordance with customer specifications, industry standards, and NOV guidelines.
• Work closely with engineering, applications, manufacturing, and field service teams to provide timely information and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Support the outside sales team by managing leads, tracking opportunities, and following up on quotes to drive sales conversions.
• Maintain and update customer and sales data.
• Coordinate order processing, pricing, delivery schedules, and post-sale support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Provide product knowledge and technical assistance to customers, including pump sizing, materials of construction, and performance data.
• Identify potential opportunities to expand NOV’s footprint with existing customers and in emerging markets.
• All other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, related field OR equivalent industry experience, preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of inside sales, customer service, or technical support experience in industrial equipment—preferably pumps, compressors, or rotating equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with reciprocating pump technology and fluid handling systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Oracle/JD Edwards software is a huge plus.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, and specifications is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience with NOV pump products or other engineered process equipment.
• Knowledge of oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial process applications.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and work effectively in a team‑oriented culture.
• Customer‑focused approach with a passion for delivering technical excellence and service.
