Outside Sales Representative Job Purpose: In this role, you'll be the face of the company, responsible for driving business growth by building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional service to oil field, construction, industrial, and commercial clients.

Job Duties:
- Visit client sites and offices throughout the area of operations to generate sales, maintain and develop relationships, and expand the customer base.
- Locate new customer relationships through networking and cold calling.
- Develop relationships with potential clients and expand relationships with existing clients.
- Close new business deals by prospecting leads, negotiating pricing, and closing sales and repeat orders.
- Network through industry and social events.
- Protect organizational value by keeping information confidential, using discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism.
- Grow market share and volume by exploring and embracing assigned opportunities.
Skills/Qualifications: Selling and closing skills, sales planning, time management, customer needs focus, market knowledge, meeting sales goals, professionalism, reporting. Prior oilfield sales experience is preferred.
Requirements:
- Flexible schedule is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service and/or business development experience.
- Prior oilfield sales experience preferred.
- Safe driving history.
- Pass criminal background check.
- Pass drug test.
- Product knowledge – well versed in rental equipment.
