Dollar General - - Responsibilities:
Function as a Cashier and/or Stocker and act in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager;
Unload trucks according to the prescribed process for the store and stock merchandise on shelves;
Operate cash register and handle payments, including bagging merchandise and giving change;
Assist customers by locating merchandise and maintaining a clean, organized store;
Open and/or close the store under direction of the Area Manager; monitor cash levels and cashier accountability
